A19’s inventory is 32 slots. This mod expands it to 48 or 64. Combine it with QuickStack for instant sorting at storage chests.
Installation for all mods: Download the mod files from Nexus Mods or the official forums. Extract them to 7 Days To Die/Mods. If the folder doesn’t exist, create it. Launch the game – no special loader needed.
Important: There is no official “standalone” 7 Days to Die Alpha 19 download from third-party websites. Any site offering a cracked or pirated .exe file is highly likely to contain malware, ransomware, or outdated files that won’t run on modern Windows 10/11 systems.
The only legitimate method to get Alpha 19 is through Steam (or the Xbox Game Pass for PC version, though that often lags behind; Steam is recommended). The Fun Pimps do not remove old alphas; they keep them accessible via the Betas tab. Note: Alpha 19 is a legacy branch. You cannot cross-play with friends on A21 or A22.
Step 1: Uninstall Mods & Back Up Saves
Go to %AppData%/7DaysToDie and back up your current saves. Alpha 19 will corrupt your A21 saves if you try to load them, so start fresh.
Step 2: Open Steam Properties
Step 3: Select the Correct Version In the dropdown menu labeled "Beta Participation," scroll down until you see:

Step 4: Download & Verify
Steam will immediately begin downloading ~7.2GB of data. Once finished, you will see Alpha 19.6 in the bottom-right corner of the game’s main menu.
Step 5: Disable EAC (Optional) If you plan on using mods like Darkness Falls (which has a dedicated A19 version), disable Easy Anti-Cheat via the launcher.
