Adobe Suite 2021 Full Mac
Fix: This is a macOS Gatekeeper issue. Open Terminal and type:
sudo xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Adobe\ Photoshop\ 2021.app
(Do this for each app. Or simply right-click → Open twice.)
