✅ Answer: A – The dialog implies she was interrupted, but her intention was to submit the report. The phrase “just about to” indicates the action was pending.

Policies vary by institution. Most military language centers require a 60-day waiting period before retaking the same form. You may take a different form (e.g., Form 62) sooner.
