The Aukey PB-Y37 is a high-capacity portable charger designed for laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
Cause: The PBY37 has over-discharge protection. If the battery drains to 0%, it enters a “sleep” state. Fix: This is the most critical tip in the Aukey PBY37 manual.
