If an invoice is declared to the BGF Center and later needs to be cancelled (due to a return of goods or contractual dispute), you cannot simply delete it. You must issue a separate "credit note" or "cancellation invoice" and pass it through the Center. Failure to do so means the original invoice remains in the system, adding to your taxable IGR base.
