Do not rush this. Standard render settings will produce pixelated cracks.

A "dental crack" is not a simple line. It is a fracture plane. In Blender, we avoid drawing black lines—that looks like a cartoon. We simulate physical separation.
To render a convincing crack, you need a mix of materials: Enamel (translucent/glossy) and Dentin (matte/ivory), separated by the Crack (dark/rough). Output Format: OpenEXR (Float) for post-processing, or PNG
