Many PC 034 cards are actually rebranded reference designs. Look at the largest chip on the card. If it says "Winbond W83877F" or "SMC FDC37C78," you may not need the Diamond Future driver at all. Standard Windows built-in drivers for "Standard PCI to ISA Bridge" or "Standard Game Port" often work.
