Downgrade Iphone 5s To Ios 7 -
This is the biggest deal-breaker. The App Store on iOS 7 no longer works correctly for many apps. Furthermore, most modern apps require iOS 13, 14, or even 15.
Let's assume you have an iPhone 5s on iOS 10.3.3 (the most common version for OTA downgrade). Here is the walkthrough.
Disclaimer: This will erase all data on your phone. Back up your photos to iCloud or a PC first.
What you need:
Step 1: Install LeetDown
Go to the official GitHub repository for LeetDown. Download the latest .dmg file. Drag it to Applications.
Step 2: Disable Find My iPhone On your iPhone 5s (iOS 10), go to Settings > iCloud > Find My iPhone > Turn Off. Enter your password.
Step 3: Put the 5s into DFU Mode
Step 4: Open LeetDown
Step 5: First Boot The iPhone will reboot to a brand new Hello screen. You are now running iOS 7.1.2.
Troubleshooting "Error -20" or "Unable to Send iBSS": This usually means you are using a USB 3.0 port. Switch to a USB 2.0 hub or an older Mac. Also, ensure your 5s is not passcode locked. Downgrade Iphone 5s To Ios 7
Since iOS 10.3.3 is OTA-signed, you can downgrade untethered using LeetDown (macOS) or iOS-OTA-Downgrader (Linux/Mac):
