    • There are two main ways these devices update:

    Method A: SD Card Update (Most Common) If your TC2 has a microSD card slot, this is the standard method. dsotc2 firmware upd

  • Wait: The screen may go black, show a progress bar, or flash. Do not touch any buttons. Wait 2–5 minutes.
  • Restart: Once the device reboots (or prompts you to remove the SD card), the update is complete. Delete the update file from the SD card afterward to prevent it from trying to update again on the next boot.

    • Method B: USB PC Connection If you do not have an SD slot, or if the update requires a PC tool: Screen Glitches After Update:
