Eplan Edz - Files

As your company grows, so will your collection of EDZ files. If you simply dump every download into a single folder, you will eventually face duplicates and broken links.

Note: EDZ is not a generic CAD format — it’s specific to EPLAN (Electric P8, Pro Panel, etc.).

If you meant something else — like you have a specific EDZ file that won’t import, need to extract one manually, or are looking for download sources — just clarify and I’ll help further.

An EDZ file acts as a "package" that bundles together all the necessary components for a device, including the part’s technical specifications (XML), 2D and 3D macros, connection point patterns, and associated documentation or images.
