Epsxe Core Stopped Check The Section 316 May 2026

  • Copy your BIOS files (scph5500.bin, scph5501.bin, scph5502.bin) directly into the system folder.
  • Rename the files to ensure they are exactly as written above (lowercase letters).
  • Restart RetroArch completely (close it from your task manager/application switcher).

  • Delete core info: RetroArch/info/epsxe_libretro.info
  • Restart RetroArch → Online Updater → Download Core (not just update)
