The "Best" label is subjective, but it is hard to argue against Beta 31 in its current state. It balances the fine line between difficulty and fun. It respects the player's intelligence while challenging their skills. Fifer has once again proven that for the true football connoisseur, the PC modding scene is the only place to be.
