Solutions:

Fileaxa may ask you to solve a CAPTCHA (e.g., “I am not a robot”) to prevent bot attacks. If you have enabled Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your premium account, you will also need to enter the code from your authenticator app.

On the Fileaxa homepage, look at the upper right-hand corner. You will see two buttons:
