Go to Edit > Preferences > File Locations. Ensure your "Auto-Recover" folder is set to a local, stable drive (like D:\FlexiTemp). Then, set the auto-save interval to every 5 or 10 minutes. This way, even if you ignore "Untitled 1," the software has a fallback.

You look at the top left of your workspace. Go to Edit > Preferences > File Locations

Here is why letting "Untitled 1" live on your screen is a production risk—and how to break the habit for good.
Before you draw your first vector or type your first letter, hit Ctrl + Shift + S (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + S (Mac). Alternatively, go to File > Save As.
If you have a dozen "Untitled 1, 2, 3..." files saved in a temp folder (perhaps from an auto-recovery), do not open each one. Use Windows PowerShell or a bulk rename utility to rename them all to Recovered_Job1.fsm, Recovered_Job2.fsm, etc. Then open them in FlexiSign Pro to identify the content.
