Contestants are chained, waist-deep, in a dry riverbed at sunrise. Each must carry a 20-kg sandbag across 100 meters of deep, shifting sand. The twist? For every 10 meters they advance, they can “trade” the sandbag for a secret about another contestant—or choose to lighten their own load by two kilograms.
