The story is set in a dystopian near-future India under a totalitarian regime. The plot centers on Nida Rahim (played by Radhika Apte), a military interrogator who turns her own father over to the government for possessing banned literature. Her mission is to interrogate Ali Saeed (Mahesh Balraj), a notorious terrorist. The entity feeds on the sins and guilt of its victims, forcing the interrogators to face their own dark pasts.
