Verdict: Save Wizard cannot give you credits or cars directly. The most anyone has achieved is manipulating unopened reward tickets (e.g., turning a 10k credit ticket into a 6-star roulette ticket) on a PS4, then opening it offline. But even that risks a ban. gran turismo 7 save wizard

In early versions of GT7 (v1.10 – v1.15), there was a famous glitch involving the 4-star roulette ticket that allowed unlimited engine swaps. This has been patched. Current save editors cannot replicate this. | Feature | Possible

There is also a hardware nuance. Save Wizard comes in two editions: Gran Turismo 7 has both a PS4 version

Gran Turismo 7 has both a PS4 version and a PS5 native version. If you bought the PS5 disc or digital PS5 version, Save Wizard cannot touch it at all. You would need to install the inferior PS4 version of GT7 on your PS5, edit that save, and then upload it. Even then, you still cannot edit credits.

Since the launch of GT7, there have been documented "ban waves" where Polyphony Digital identifies accounts with edited save data.
