There is no native Windows version. However, you can run the Android version using an emulator. From the official releases page

Step 3: Open the Google Play Store inside the emulator. Step 4: Search for HelixFTR Player and click Install. Step 5: Once installed, you can use your mouse and keyboard to control the player.
