A genuine "files only" upgrade package for version 1.5.1 consists of four critical zones. Do not expect ROMs, media, or emulators.
Crucial Note: The official Hyperspin 1.5.1 upgrade does not include the Databases or Media folders. If a download claims to include those, it is not a "files only" release.
If you accidentally overwrite Settings.ini, your paths will break. To avoid this, after extracting the files (and preserving your old Settings.ini), open the new Settings.ini that came with the upgrade (or check the HyperHQ.exe defaults). hyperspin 151 upgrade files only install
Key differences in 1.5.1 settings:
