A: Some updates reset the Zigbee coordinator stack. Go to Zigbee > Network Settings > Form New Network and re-pair your devices. You may need to remove and add them again. Official Source: (Do not download from third-party forums)

| Browser shows "404" | Clear cache, use http not https, disable antivirus web protection. |
| LED blinks red after upgrade | Corrupt flash. Use Emergency Recovery Mode:
1. Hold reset button.
2. Power on while holding for 20 sec.
3. Set PC to 192.168.1.10.
4. Upload firmware via TFTP (tftp -i 192.168.1.1 PUT firmware.bin). |
| WiFi disappears | GW020-H needs drivers re-injected. Re-flash using the Ethernet-only method (disable WiFi in BIOS of PC). |
| Login fails after upgrade | Defaults: admin / admin OR admin / password OR blank password. | File to Look For:
