Once you have downloaded the driver (a .exe file), follow this sequence:

Before hitting "download," it is helpful to understand what you are looking for. The Intel Celeron N3060 includes integrated graphics known as Intel® HD Graphics 400.

Because the graphics are built directly into the processor, you do not have a separate graphics card from a company like NVIDIA or AMD. You need the driver specifically designed for the Intel processor family.

  • Look for the latest version. As of the last stable release, version 15.40.49.5126 (or newer) is the final driver supporting Braswell.
  • The file will be named something like: win64_154951.5126.exe

    • Note: Intel has moved older "Legacy" drivers to their "Download Center Archive". If you cannot find the driver on the main site, use the Intel Download Center Archive and search for "Graphics Driver for Windows 10 (Braswell)".

    Click Finish and Reboot immediately.

    A: Windows generic detection. Both names refer to the same GPU (Gen 8-LP, 12 EUs, 320-700 MHz dynamic frequency). The performance is identical.
