    Solution: Even with iso2opl, USB 1.1 is slow. FMV stutters are common. To fix:

    Once finished, check your USB drive. You will see files named like this: ul.SLUS_202.02.GAME_NAME.00, ul.SLUS_202.02.GAME_NAME.01, etc. If the game is under 4GB, you may see a standard ISO or a single ul. file depending on the version of the tool.
