The "Kontakt Add Library Tool" is a third-party utility designed to bypass the official licensing requirements of Native Instruments’ "Service Center" or "Native Access." Officially, Kontakt (versions 5 and above) requires libraries to have a .nicnt file and be registered via Native Access to appear in the Libraries tab.
However, many legitimate free libraries, older commercial libraries, or custom user-generated instruments lack this official registration.
