Back in the present, Valeria ("La Chica Nueva") finally confronts the popular girl, Daniela, in the cafeteria. Unlike previous episodes where she backed down, Episode 9 shows a new side of Valeria. She plays a recorded conversation where Daniela admits to sabotaging Valeria’s art portfolio.
The dialogue is brutal:
Daniela: "Nunca pertenecerás aquí." Valeria: "No vine a pertenecer. Vine a exponerte."

Then comes the shocking moment: a video is projected onto the mansion’s outdoor wall. It shows Valentina, seemingly breaking into the principal’s office weeks earlier. But the video is edited. In the original timeline, Valentina was returning a lost key. The edited version makes her look like a thief.
The crowd turns on her. Phones rise. Chants of “Fuera, fuera” (Out, out) echo through the yard.
