The Workflow:

Load a Rectangle Pattern: Select a 300mm x 300mm grid.

Model a Void Extrusion: In the center of the panel, draw a circle (for a traditional round spindle hole) or a 6-sided polygon (for Islamic star geometry).

Cut Geometry: Use the Cut Geometry tool to slice the hole out of the panel.

Load into Project.

Draw a Curtain Wall: Set the grid spacing to 300mm.

Assign the Panel: Select the wall > Type Properties > Curtain Panels > Replace System Panel: Solid with your new "Mashrabiya Panel."

Result: You now have a fully customizable, lightweight Mashrabiya facade that will calculate square footage automatically for schedules.
