Start the Flash – Click Start. Watch the log window. You should see RQT_CLOSE then OSM: All threads completed. (succeed 1 / failed 0).
Manual Reboot – Disconnect the USB cable, then reboot using: Volume Down + Power for 7 seconds. Immediately switch to Volume Up + Power to enter recovery and factory reset (required after an RMM bypass).
