Pes 2013 Settings.exe Access
The settings.exe does not list 2560x1080 or 3440x1440. Use a tool like PES 2013 Ultrawide Fix (a modified .exe) or edit the pes2013.exe with a hex editor to change resolution limits.
Use Xbox 360 mode (xinput) for plug-and-play. If using a PS controller, use DS4Windows or x360ce.

Important: Do not use your desktop’s 144Hz refresh rate. The game engine will run at double speed. Force 60Hz via settings.exe or your GPU control panel.
