Absolutely, but with a caveat.
The rosters are frozen in 2013/14. You won't see Kylian Mbappé, Erling Haaland, or Jude Bellingham. However, the gameplay is superior to modern FIFAs and eFootball. The defensive AI, ball control, and shooting mechanics feel organic. Step 2: Run the Installer
