Do not simply drop ZAP 8.0 into your mod manager. You must have the following:
On a mid-tier system (i5-10400, RTX 2060, 16GB RAM), ZAP 8.0 yields: skyrim se zaz animation pack 8.0
Locate the mod on a trusted repository (typically specialized adult modding forums or specific Discord channels, as it is often not hosted on NexusMods due to policy restrictions). Do not simply drop ZAP 8
Furniture in ZAP 8.0 is no longer static. Many pieces now feature: skyrim se zaz animation pack 8.0
Go to the official Nexus Mods page: "ZAZ Animation Pack 8.0+ [SE/AE]". Do not use older LE versions converted poorly. The file size should be approximately 500-700 MB.
This step is the most common point of failure.
