With the rise of Coupang Play and the recent boom of Western sitcoms in Korea (Friends and The Big Bang Theory have huge fandoms), The Office is seeing a renaissance. However, there is one major hurdle: The Superfan Episodes.
Peacock released extended cuts of seasons 1-6. As of this writing, no Korean subtitles exist for the Superfan episodes. The Korean fan-sub community is small, and transcribing the extra 20 minutes per episode is a massive volunteer effort.
