Go to Settings → Playlists → your playlist → Update interval → Set to 24 hours. This refreshes channel lists automatically.

| Issue | Solution |
|-------|----------|
| "Error loading playlist" | Check URL format (no spaces, correct http:// or https://). Test the URL in a web browser first. |
| No channels showing | Your provider may require a VPN. Also check if the playlist is MAC-based (M3U works only with URL). |
| EPG missing | Go to Settings → EPG → Clear EPG → Update EPG. |
| Buffering | Try changing buffer size: Settings → Playback → Buffer size → Large. | Go to Settings → Playlists → your playlist
TiviMate will now parse the link and download the channel list. Depending on the size of the playlist, this may take anywhere from a few seconds to a minute. Fields to note: TiviMate will attempt to parse the URL
