Despite its name, this is a comprehensive NUS downloader, library manager, and installer. It has a beautiful GUI that pulls metadata from the internet, showing cover art and descriptions. You search for a game, click download, and it automatically grabs the base game, latest update, and DLC. It then converts them for Cemu (as a .rpx folder) or for console installation (as an installable folder).

It is speculated that Nintendo will eventually shut down these legacy CDN servers, just as they did for the original Wii (though the Wii Shop Channel stayed online for redownloads for nearly five years after purchase shut down).
