Open WinOLS from your desktop shortcut.

WinOLS is a hex editor specifically designed for binary files from ECUs. Version 4.7 introduced:

WinOLS modifies system files and uses low-level drivers for communication with OBD interfaces. Many antivirus programs falsely flag these actions as threats. Disable real-time protection during the WinOLS 4.7 install.
