    • By 2015–2017, modders like Thug (NGV) and others released NFS Carbon Redux – a massive overhaul mod that:

    Cause: A rare bug with the Redux script where a completed save file confuses the pursuit trigger for the final chase. Fix: This requires editing the NFS Carbon Redux Save Game with a hex editor to reset the "Pursuit Level" flag to 0. Alternatively, download a save specifically labeled "Pre-Final Chase" or "Darius Defeated (Post-Game)."
