Settings → Device Preferences → About → Build / Firmware version

TV fails to start / boot loop

Does logo appear for 10 sec and then reboot?

    Yes ──┴── No (black screen entirely)

Enter recovery mode   → Hardware failure

Select “wipe cache partition” → reboot

If fails: “wipe data/factory reset”
